Mr Ehret, who has a Master of Education in Hospitality Organisational Training and Management, was a highly popular member of the faculty and very respected by both students and colleagues alike.

Originally from France, he studied Hospitality Management in Switzerland and following graduation he held a number of management positions (particularly in restaurant operations) in France, Switzerland, the U.S. and Canada.

Has a vast wealth of Food & Beverage experience gained through a blend of Industrial and academic-based employment.

Holding nationalities from France, Switzerland and Canada he can truly profess to have an international perspective in his professional work. This is particularly apparent in his empathy toward students from different cultures and nations.

His current new role as manager at Hotelnet SA. proves that he is a person who integrates and adapts easily to any new challenge.
