Zoomers or so-called Gen Z are frequently defined as people born from 1997 to 2012. Today we also call them “digital natives” as they are the first social generation to have grown up with access to the Internet and portable digital technology from a young age. Generation Z students face unique challenges, and mental health is one of their top priorities. At SSHE, we recognize the importance of creating an environment that supports students’ emotional well-being and builds their self-confidence. From counseling services to peer support groups, we provide resources that help students navigate the pressures of academic and personal life. Our staff are careful enough to identify signs of stress and offer guidance, ensuring no student feels alone in their journey. Besides that, a supportive and international community where everyone treats each other as close friends, is a good environment for quick growth in a foreign country. Beyond mental health, we also emphasize confidence-building through public speaking workshops, team projects, and leadership training. These opportunities help students develop resilience and self-assurance, preparing them for the challenges of the business world. Different backgrounds of our students is not an obstacle, but a good opportunity to share experiences. At SSHE, we foster a culture of openness and support, encouraging students to speak openly about their concerns and seek help when needed. If you need to reschedule classes, we discuss it with the group members. If you need advice on choosing language courses or about your programme, we are open to provide you with Individual Study Mode. By prioritizing mental health and self-confidence, we ensure our graduates are not only academically capable but also emotionally resilient. This holistic approach is central to our mission of preparing students for success in all aspects of life.
